Works-as-Executed plan review and certification
Site inspection report
Compliance certificate for civil, stormwater or flood works
Non-conformance report with rectification advice where required
How we do it
Site inspection and measure-up against the approved design
Review of the surveyor's WAE plan against approved drawings and consent conditions
Verification of detention storage volumes, orifice sizes, pit and pipe levels, treatment devices and finished levels
Certification letter addressed to the certifier or council
Where works don't conform, a clear statement of what must change — and, where possible, a compliant alternative rather than a rebuild
When you need it
At the end of construction, when your certifier requires civil, stormwater or flood sign-off before issuing an Occupation Certificate. Applies to DA and CDC approvals across all development types.
