Erosion & Sediment Control Plans

The core drawing set councils ask for at DA, CDC or CC. We design the whole system, not just the pipes.

What you receive

  • Erosion and Sediment Control Plan for small sites

  • Soil and Water Management Plan for large sites

  • Sediment basin design and sizing

  • Construction staging notes and standard details

How we do it

  • Measures selected and detailed to Landcom's Managing Urban Stormwater: Soils and Construction — the Blue Book

  • Site-specific rather than generic: sediment fences, stabilised access, diversion drains, kerb inlet protection and dust control located where they actually work

  • Temporary sediment basin sizing for larger disturbed areas

  • Staged control measures matched to the construction program

  • Coordination with the civil and stormwater design so permanent works serve as temporary controls where possible

When you need it

At Construction Certificate or CDC stage on almost all sites. Larger, steeper and subdivision sites, and sites near a watercourse, generally require a full Soil and Water Management Plan.
