When you need it
When your s10.7 Planning Certificate states the property is flood-affected. Where council flood mapping is absent, dated or too coarse for your site. Where a development must demonstrate no adverse flood impact on neighbours. Where a floor level or basement entry needs defending. Where a flood level is in dispute. Common on any development in a mapped floodplain.
